COMMISSION FORM

Please submit this form if you are interested in commissioning a piece through my painting game.
The rates are:

8" x 10" is $250
9" x 12" is $300

I will roll my painting dice 3 times to determine 3 different scenarios of what the piece will be. You will select the one you like best, and, if the die call for it, provide a photo for me to work from. If you would like to manually select the formal factors of the painting, there is an additional $50 fee. Because leaving it to chance is more fun :)

 I use 4 different colored die, each assigned to different elements of the piece, with 6 options per element.  

By requesting a commission, you agree to play this game with me. Once the controlling factors of the piece have been established, there will be no additional edits or drafts made. You are trusting me to create a piece based on your involvement in this game of chance.

Please fill out the form and leave you size selection in the comments. Also look over chart above and determine if you'd like to pick one of three random rolls of the die, or if you'd like to pick and choose 1 option from each colored dice.
